Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from dresses-nz.com. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Swimwear (unless faulty)
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Sale items or discounted products
How to Return
- Visit dresses-nz.com and log into your account to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the parcel to our returns center (you’ll receive the address via email).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges for most items, subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
International Returns
Customers outside New Zealand are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
